| Yes, this system carries the SPERRY label.
The company I worked for at the time picked it up right at the formation
of UNISYS. It is an NCR Tower (not sure what NCR model) which was
relabeled and sold by UNISYS. It is big, slow and makes for a nice
heater in the winter. :-) I had it networked with my Honeywell Bull
XPS-100 but the ethernet cable (one of those thick yellow monsters) is
damaged at one end and needs to be fixed. I used the system to support
some old clients for a while but it doesn't see much use these days. If
you know what model NCR Tower this is equivalent to, please
let me know. |
